Sure 720 looks better, but the lack of option is really annoying, VTV is seeding in SD for all those who cant afford to download that much ;)

TV Shows are usually released in S03E03 format, OR 3x03 format, the first number being the season. Search for either to find it. The SD version was released as "Torchwood 3x03"
